
BEIJING, May 25 (Xinhua) -- A senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official on Thursday called for deepened cooperation between the CPC and Moldova's Socialist Party.
Zhang Chunxian, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, made the remarks when meeting with a delegation of Moldova's Socialist Party headed by its chairman Zinaida Greceanii.
Zhang briefed Greceanii on the latest progress on strict governance of the CPC under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core.
He called on the two sides to strengthen party-to-party exchanges to promote the healthy and stable development of bilateral ties.
Greceanii said the Socialist Party attaches great importance to the development of bilateral relations and is willing to learn from the CPC party-building experience.
She said the Socialist Party hopes to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC in various areas.
