The Shuangliu Yangtze River Bridge in central China's Hubei Province became a romantic venue on March 18, 2026, as three couples tied the knot at the site where they had spent years working side by side.
As fellow builders of the bridge, the couples had postponed their weddings several times to keep the project on schedule.

"The young people have devoted the best years of their lives to building the bridge. Now that the bridge is near completion, it's time we helped make their dream come true as well," said an executive from Shuangliu Yangtze River Bridge Co., Ltd. under Hubei Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd.
