Photo shows the scenery of an area which used to be plagued by floating sand in Wulantaolegai township, Wushen banner, Erdos city, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Through continuing efforts to combat desertification, Wulantaolegai township has blanketed the area in the hinterlands of China's Maowusu Desert with vast expanses of green vegetation.
