Moscow China Trade Center boosts pragmatic cooperation between China and Russia

Inside the Moscow China Trade Center, a Chinese-style garden gives an authentic display of traditional Chinese elements and captivating landscapes.

The Moscow China Trade Center, invested, built and operated by Huaming International Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Huayou Group Corporation under China National Petroleum Corporation, is a significant project that symbolizes the practical cooperation between China and Russia.

The center spans 6.7 hectares and boasts a total construction area of 105,000 square meters. It comprises various structures such as a hotel, a conference center, apartments, office buildings, and a Chinese-style garden.

Zhao Yantong, Party chief of China Huaming International Investment Co., Ltd., explained that the Moscow China Trade Center project overcame many challenges, including adverse weather conditions, and commenced operations in September 2022.

"We want to tell China's stories well and promote Chinese culture," said Zhao. The Chinese-style garden and classical architectural complex of the Moscow China Trade Center cover an area of 4.5 hectares, making it the largest Chinese-style garden built and operated by a Chinese company overseas.

Since its opening, the Moscow China Trade Center has become one of the emerging landmarks in Moscow, attracting significant attention due to its immense commercial value and potential, said Zhao.
