A Tibetan villager's prosperous life impresses Xi

In July 2021, President Xi Jinping visited the city of Nyingchi in Tibet Autonomous Region. On the afternoon of July 21, Xi visited the home of villager Kelsang Wangchug, who became prosperous from his logistics job. Xi walked into the family's newly built house, had a look at their kitchen, and inquired about Kelsang Wangchug's income.
