The #Changsha-#Florence Economic and Cultural Exchange Programme was launched in Florence, Italy, on May 8, 2019. At the launching ceremony, He Cai Ningling, managing director of the Changsha International Finance Square (IFS), signed a memorandum of cooperation with Corrado Galli, president of Sino-Italian Design Exchange Centre, to promote economic and cultural exchanges between Changsha and Florence. Cui Yin, deputy consul-general of the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Florence, addressed the ceremony.

The Changsha Municipal People’s Government sent a letter of congratulation on the programme. The letter said that, Changsha and Florence share similar culture and history, and can complement each other in economic and social development.
