On January 30, the Second Session of the 13th Hunan Provincial People’s Congress was concluded after the completion of its agenda.

The following resolutions were approved:

1.Decisions made by the Second Session of the 13th Hunan Provincial People’s Congress on the government work report;

2.Decisions on Hunan’s 2018 provincial economic and social development plan implementation and the 2019 plan;

3.Decisions on Hunan’s 2018 provincial budget implementation and 2019 proposed budget;

4.Decisions on the Hunan Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee work report;

5.Decisions on the Higher People’s Court of Hunan Province work report;

6.Decisions on the People’s Procuratorate of Hunan Province work report;

7.Establishing a social development affairs committee and an internal and judicial affairs committee of the 13th Hunan Provincial People’s Congress; and,

8.Member list of the 13th Hunan Provincial People’s Congress social development affairs committee.
