The news conference of the First China (Changsha) Seed Industry Silicon Valley Summit and Innovation Achievement Expo on Seed Industry was held recently in Changsha. Yuan Longping, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering attended.

The Summit and Exposition will be held in Changsha from September 5 to 7. At that time, hundreds of domestic and foreign seed industry experts will gather in Changsha. They will explore new models of biological breeding and new roads of intelligent seed industry in a form of “Summit+Exposition+Field Visits”. That will enhance the brand effect of the Silicon Valley of China’s seed industry.

The theme of this Summit and Exposition is: Seed Industry Innovation; the Intelligent Future of the Seed Industry - Building "the Silicon Valley of China’s Seed Industry ". There are many theme activities, including opening ceremony; Meeting on Planning Policy and Promotion of China Seed Industry Silicon Valley; Seed Industry Summit Forum; Seed Products Release Meeting; Hunan Seed Association Member Conference; Exchange Conference for Hunan leading seed producers; and Member Conference of Changsha Biological Breeding Industry Technology Innovation Alliance. 

At the same time, Innovative Fruits Expo on Seeds will be held in indoor and outdoor exhibition areas at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and Huanyuan Village, Beisheng Town, Liuyang City. It will display more than 600 varieties of seeds from nearly 100 enterprises. There are 400 domestic and foreign enterprise representatives to make a visit then.
