The 2-day Mobile Internet Yuelu Summit 2018 was held at the Meixihu International Culture & Arts Center, Xiangjiang New Area, Changsha, from April 2 to 3, 2018. Du Jiahao, Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of Hunan Provincial People’s Congress, delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony.

Focusing on intelligent interconnection, the summit consisted of four keynote forums; namely, the New Economy Summit Forum, the Smart Cloud Educational Ecology Forum, the Web Content New Ecology Summit Forum, and the New Services, New Energy, and New Future Forum. Sub-forums also included many other special activities, such as the Internet Technology (CTO), the Industrial Internet, the Intelligent Manufacturing, the Xiangjiang New Media, the Big Health, the Investment and Financing Road show, the Artificial Intelligence, and the Entrepreneurs' Cognitive Education.

Numerous leaders from renowned enterprises and investment institutions like the Founders Space from Silicon Valley, Microsoft, International Academy of Navigation and Movement Control, Huawei, JD.COM, Xiaomi, ZhenFund, Kuaishou, and IDG have participated in the event. They discussed and shared their ideas and insights regarding the industry and its latest advancement.

This year the summit aimed to build an integrated Internet platform for Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, promoting the development of local industrial informatization and the Internet industry upgrading, and providing cooperation opportunities for connecting the Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city cluster with other areas across the country.
