On July 20, the Signing Ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between the Xi'an Municipal People's Government and Inspur Group & the Agreement on the Settlement of Inspur "R&D Center", "Northwest Operation Center" and "Belt & Road Center" in Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ) was held. The project has a total investment of more than 10 billion yuan.
