On January 17, the Inaugural Ceremony of Shaanxi Hi-tech Zone Development Alliance (SHZDA) was held in Xi’an High-Tech Industries Development Zone (XHTZ). Zhang Daohong, Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province, attended the ceremony and unveiled the nameplate.

SHZDA is an industrial, local and non-profit social organization initiated by XHTZ and consisting of six other national high-tech development zones, 11 provincial high-tech development zones, science and technology bureaus of cities divided into districts, science and technology bureaus of counties and districts where provincial high-tech development zones are located, as well as Shaanxi Science and Technology Resources Coordination Center.
