On December 5, the unveiling ceremony of “Academician Li Defa Workstation” was held in Pu’er Simao Houpu Fodder Co., Ltd. in Pu’er City.

For a very long time, Academician Li Defa has been working on the basic research on and the R&D of application technology for the efficient use of fodder resources. After completion, the Academician Workstation will use the achievements in scientific research done by Academician Li Defa and related teams of experts on animal nutrition and the scientific research on fodder to implement cooperation in such aspects as new industrialization, the R&D of non-antibiotic fodder and the optimization of feed formula so as to advance healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry in our city.

This is the third academician workstation since the formulation and release of Pu’er City Academician and Expert Workstation Construction and Implementation Measures (Trial) by Pu’er City. Prior to it, Pu’er City only had “Academician Fu Bojie Workstation” and “Academician Jiang Youxu Workstation.”
