National Institute Corporation of Additive Manufacturing Xi’an was inaugurated in Xi’an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone on August 29, 2016. The Corporation was jointly founded by Xi'an Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Tsinghua University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology as well as 13 related units, with a registered capital of RMB 135 million.
National Institute Corporation of Additive Manufacturing Xi’an is the main body of National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Center. National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Center (the “Innovation Center” for short) is one of the first national innovation centers established for China’s high-end manufacturing.
