Ancient music rings out at desert concert in Xinjiang (5)

People gather in Qiemo County of the Bayingolin Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region for a musical performance featuring the konghou, an ancident Chinese harp that dates back to the Ming Dynasty. The concert, held on Aug. 13, was billed as the world's first konghou concert held in the desert.
