Faced with sudden tragedy, the victim’s grieving cousin, Wang, said the deceased was a 45-year-old migrant worker from Henan province. She had started to work as delivery woman only one month before.
An employee from the building’s property management office said the window fell from an apartment that was being remodeled. Two workers as well as the owner of the apartment were taken by police for questioning.
