Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel has decided to cancel his trip to China after large explosions occured in Brussels on Tuesday morning, sources close to the prime minister told China Daily reporter Fu Jing.
Charles Michel planned to attend Boao Forum, which is scheduled from Tuesday to Friday.
Several explosions rocked Brussels airport and the metro system, leaving at least 13 dead, Belgian media said.
