March 8, 2016 is International Women's Day. Traffic police in Chongqing, SW China, decided to give the ladies a lovely surprise.
The police deliberately formed road blocks on a street, and pull over vehicles whenever they saw a lady driver in it. Then, the police presented them a flower.
