HONG KONG, March 3 -- A 5.2-magnitude earthquake jolted 16 km north-northeast of Nichinan, Japanat 07:11:15 GMT on Thursday (15:11:15 Beijing time), the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 53.43 km, was initially determined to be at 31.746 degrees north latitude and 131.4086 degrees east longitude.
