A man in China’s southwest Guizhou province spent over 10 thousand yuan ($1,535) to put together a money bouquet for his girlfriend the day after the Valentine’s Day.
The man surnamed Long said he designed the romantic surprise to make up to his girlfriend for missing their first Valentine’s Day due to his business trip.
“The social media accounts were filled with Valentine’s Day gift pictures that night. I feel bad for not being there for my girlfriend,” Long said.
His girlfriend was moved to tears after receiving the gift.
According to the owner of the florist’s shop, Long’s bouquet used a hundred 100-yuan-bills and took her 4 hours to make.
