Syrian army regained control of the towns of Rabia and Salma in the coastal province of Latakia which were held by Syrian rebels since 2012. The two places had been important strongholds of extremist forces in Syria. Rabia is homologous to spring in Arabian. Reporters from Xinhua News Agency paid a visit to Rabia with Syrian army on Jan. 27, 2016.
