WHY WE BELIEVE IT WORKS
The essential oils found in caraway seeds are known to have antioxidant, digestive and carminative (anti-flatulence) properties.
Aniseed and star anise both contain an essential oil called anethole which has strong antimicrobial qualities.
It can also improve digestion and ease flatulence.
Fennel seeds have similar properties to aniseed and can also help to treat flatulence. Fennel seeds are antibacterial, antispasmodic and anti-inflamatory.
