Waiters and waitresses are dressed as Red Guards to welcome guests in a restaurant in Pingliang, northwest China's Gansu province. Red Guards were a mass paramilitary social movement mobilized by Mao Zedong in 1966 and 1967 during the Cultural Revolution.
