| With a long history, oil-paper umbrella is one of the traditional crafts of Han nationality. Located in Luzhou, southwestern China's Sichuan province, Fenshui Oil-paper Umbrella Plant is China's only manufacturer for oil-paper umbrella with traditional production techniques, which are called "living fossil of Chinese folk arts umbrella” and is the only state-level intangible cultural heritage of the industry. Currently, umbrellas made by the factory have become very popular among people across China and countries in Asia, Europe and Americas. |
