BEIJING, July 22 -- China and Arab states will hold a forum on health cooperation from Sept. 10 to 12 in Yinchuan, the capital city of northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

The forum will gather major medical institutions from China and the Arab states, and enable them to build an alliance for medical and health cooperation. An alliance declaration will be passed at the forum and a memorandum will be signed by all participants. During the forum, a series of activities will also take place, including health cooperation seminars, academic conferences, and a China-Arab health industry expo which will showcase advanced medical devices and medicine from both sides.

The forum will also witness the signing of medical agreements between Ningxia and some Arab states, namely the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Oman.
