Peng Chao lost both arms at 6 in an accident, but he never yields to fate. He has overcome many unimaginable difficulties and learned to put on clothes, write, and use computer with feet. In the college entrance examination held in early June 2015, he held a pen with one foot and answered the questions on the paper.
