Xu Fanghua was a commander of a female team in the construction of Longhekou Reservior. Longhekou Reservoir, which has a storage capactiy of 903 million cubic meters, was built on the Hangbu River in 1958 under the joint efforts of tens of thousands residents of Shucheng County.
