Qian Ziyou, a graduate of Shucheng Water Conservancy College, was in charge of measurement work in building Longhekou Reservior. Longhekou Reservoir, which has a storage capactiy of 903 million cubic meters, was built on the Hangbu River in 1958 under the joint efforts of tens of thousands residents of Shucheng County.
