Wu Benyi was a cadre leading more than 1,500 peasant workers in building Longhekou Reservior. He was the fourth person in the left in the middle row in the photo taken in 1959. Longhekou Reservoir, which has a storage capactiy of 903 million cubic meters, was built on the Hangbu River in 1958 under the joint efforts of tens of thousands residents of Shucheng County.
