China has recently named the first batch of Anti-Japanese War memorial sites in memory of the victory of Chinese People's Anti-Japanese War and the world's anti fascism war, according to the central government's website.
The 80 sites include The Memorial Hall for Victims in Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders in Nanjing. Nanjing anti-Japanese aviation martyrs museum. The site for the Japanese surrender ceremony in Chinese Theater in Nanjing. Former residence of John Rabe, a German businessman who saved 250,000 Chinese people during the Second World War and is thus named “Chinese Schindler”.
