Ministry of Foreign Affairs Warning Chinese in Philippines to Take Care of Security

Warning issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that recently the armed bandits in the Philippines are very frequent in staging terrorist activities as robbery, kidnapping and killing hostage.

In view of this, Chinese going to the Philippines and those already there must so far as possible heighten their vigilance, strengthen their consciousness for safety, adopt necessary measures to protect themselves, and avoid going to dangerous areas.
