The probe committee has been granted four more days to submit the report on the investigations into the shooting in the royal palace that killed late Nepali King Birendra and other members of the royal family, Radio Nepal said Sunday.

The radio said King Gyanendra had agreed with the extension to allow the committee to make further enquiries and submit the report by Thursday.

King Gyanendra ordered to form a probe committee on June 4 to investigate into the killing of Late King Birendra, Queen Aishwarya and some other members of the royal family on the night of June 1. The committee had been expected to submit a report on Sunday.
