Beijing-based Legend Digital China will move into its new head offices in Hongqiao District, Shanghai, where Legend plans to build a titanic storage and delivery center to facilitate its consulting service.
Yang Yuanqing, vice-president of Legend Holdings, said: "Shanghai has seen a great improvement in infrastructure of telecommunication. This means a great business opportunity for Legend. "
Legend Holdings, whose businesses were extended from computer-making to e-commerce service, system converging and application solution consulting earlier last year, has made US$169 million from the Shanghai market in less than a year.
