Website to Take on Customers' Complaints Opened

Shanghai launched its first website to take on customers' complaints to mark the first "March 15" Int'l Consumers Rights and Interests Day on March 13 as an effective means to be duly used by customers to uphold their legal rights and interests.

As reported, consumers may enjoy six online services by making surfing for "Consultation Service", "Laws and Rules", "Service Net", "Quality Complaints" on website of the Shanghai Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. People may read related laws and rules under "Laws and Rules" done both in Chinese and English. They may make complaint about and report on product quality by filling in the forms in the column of "Quality Complaints".

The Shanghai Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision has promised that they will answer consumers' common and complicated questions on net in two days or within seven workdays at most.
