Shanxi to Set Up Complaint Center to Protect Investors

Shanxi Province is planning to set up a complaint center to effectively protect the rights and interests of overseas investors.

Shanxi, an inland coal base in north China, is currently home to some 3,700 overseas-funded enterprises.

The center will help improve the investment environment and improve the use of overseas funds for promoting local economic growth, according to a local trade official.

He noted that the center will handle complaints from overseas investors and solve them through economic courts at diversified levels.
