Jitong Plans to List on Hong Kong GEM

It is learned that Jitong Network, the third largest ISP in the mainland China, plans to get listed on Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Market in November to raise HK$2.3 billion to HK$2.7 billion.

At the moment, the application for listing has not been approved by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Established in 1994, Jitong is the fourth largest telecom company and the third largest ISP in the mainland, mainly providing IP phone and e-commerce broad band network services.

Jitong occupied 12.3% of the domestic IP phone market in the first half year. (Panorama)
