The sixth seminar on imperial history of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) was hosted today in this capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province.
The four-day seminar is jointly sponsored by the Shenyang Imperial Palace Museum and the China Research Institute on Imperial Court of Qing Dynasty.
The Shenyang Imperial Palace Museum was the residence of early royal families of the Qing Dynasty, last feudal dynasty in Chinese history.
More than 60 Chinese historical scholars and experts in attendance are discussing court life, tomb building, architectural relics, court rituals and royal etiquette.
