Anniversary of Myanmar-China Ties Marked
Myanmese Ambassador to China U Ba Htay Chit hosted a reception in Beijing on Thursday evening to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Myanmar and China.
Chinese State Councilor Ismail Amat and Maung Aye, vice- chairman of the State Peace and Development Council of Myanmar, who is currently visiting China, attended the reception.
Ambassador U Ba Htay Chit and Chinese Vice-Foreign Minister Yang Wenchang delivered toast speeches at the reception.
