E-commerce Legislation to Be Expedited Urged

Some experts at the e-commerce legislation symposium called on state departments concerned to accelerate China's e-commerce legislation work according to the country's current e-commerce development status.

E-commerce legislation is related to many fields including the information industry, industrial and commercial administration, quality technology supervision, customs, tax, banking, public security. Normalizing e-commerce deal, launching e-commerce payment and working out rules on tax collection are urgent problems China has to tackle.
