China Li Lanqin Meets Filipino Finance Minister

Chinese vice-Premier Li Lanqing met with Finance Minister of the Philippines Edgardo Espiritu in Beijing on November 18. Li said that China and the Philippines enjoy a cooperative relationship.

Li also expressed the belief that the newly-signed agreement on avoiding duplicate taxation between China and the Philippines would further boost mutual investment and bilateral economic cooperation.

Espiritu is visiting China as guest of his Chinese counterpart Xiang Huaicheng.
