
China Unicom has announced that it is rolling out cheaper packages for international roaming services.
The packages, which come in three categories for users outside Chinese mainland, will allow users to access the internet with no limit on duration and network traffic with a fixed price on a daily basis.
For those who travel to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the cost is 26 yuan per day.
The cost for users in the U.S., Japan and South Korea is 56 yuan per day.
For users in 60 other countries and regions in Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, they need to pay 86 yuan for the same package of service.
