Nigerian president to visit China next week

BEIJING, July 4 (Xinhua) -- Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan will pay a state visit to China from July 9 to 12, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced here on Thursday.

Jonathan was invited by Chinese President Xi Jinping, spokeswoman Hua Chunying told a regular press briefing.
