China has paid great attention to the friendly relation and cooperation with the countries in Latin America and Caribbean area from a strategic height. China and the Latin American countries have become real friends and companions.

China’s relationship with the Latin American countries will scale new heights by firmly grasping the theme of joint development, insisting on the principle of equality and mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and creating comprehensive cooperation.

To promote the healthy and stable China-U.S. relations on a long-term basis, the two sides need to proceed from a strategic height and long-term perspective of bilateral relations. It needs a positive attitude and vision to promote dialogue and cooperation. To get a win-win path of new relations among major powers, the two sides need to respect each other, to seek common ground while reserving differences, and to continuously enrich the connotation of strategic partnership.

Having completed their important domestic political agenda, China and the United States have made a good start in the bilateral relations, and are facing important opportunities for further development. On March 14, Chinese president Xi Jinping talked with his U.S. counterpart Barack Obama by phone. They reiterated that they will be committed to building the partnership between them and exploring the construction of new relations among major powers. The strategic positioning and development direction of China-U.S. relations are quiet clear.

The win-win cooperation between China and the United States is the trend of the two countries and will benefit all people in the world.
