Small hand lantern showed in Taipei

The designer of the small hand lantern shows the lantern featuring a cartoon snake during a news conference at the Grand Hotel in Taipei, southeast China's Taiwan, Jan. 4, 2013. The conference held on Friday was to issue the shapes of the main lantern and small hand lantern of 2013 Taiwan Lantern Festival. The festival will kick off in Taipei on Feb. 24.
