Moreno Hofland dominates 2013 Tour of Hainan

Tour of Hainan cycling race came to an end on Monday as Dutch rider Moreno Hofland from Belkin-Pro Cycling team captured the title and kept the yellow jersey on the podium.

In the last stage in Chengmai, Theo Bos from Belkin-Pro Cycling team timed 3:37:01 to win. Dene Rogers from Synegy Baku Cycling Project and Michael Kurth from Team Quantec-Indeland finished second and third respectively.

Hofland, the rider on top in the general standings, also kept the green jersey for leading the sprints classification.

"I am very pleased with the result. I must give all my thanks to the teammate. The champ belongs to all the team," said Hofland.
