Chinese vice FM: Two basic principles on exchange rates

As currency wars top the agenda of the G20 meeting, China’s Vice Finance Minister Zhu Guangyao pointed out the G20 meeting will stick to principles reached in Mexico’s meeting last year.

Zhu Guangyao said, "There are two basic principles on exchange rates: the first is market-determined exchange rates, and the second is to avoid competitive devaluation."
