SANAA, Oct. 15 -- A Yemeni armed tribesman stormed a mosque, south of the capital Sanaa on Tuesday, killing five men from a one family and injuring six others over a family dispute, police said.
The incident took place on Tuesday morning when tens of villagers performed the prayers of Eid al-Adha in the southern outskirts of al-Hada, some 20 km south of Sanaa.
Police officials said the man had dispute with his relatives.
Local reports said that the country's 21 million population own more than 60 million pieces of arms, including heavy machine-guns and rocket launchers.
Dozens of Yemenis were reportedly killed every month due to misuse of guns, according to local media.
