Beijing couple sails to marry in Antarctica

After about three weeks’ rest in Los Angeles, the couple registered their marriage in Las Vegas then headed to Antarctica for their wedding ceremony. (CNS Photo/ Mao Jianjun)

Zhang Xinyu and Liang Hong is a couple from Beijing. Liang was born in 1979 and Zhang is two years older than her. With the help of four friends, they set off from Shanghai on July 5, 2013 for the voyage around the world after six months of preparation. They are known as the first Chinese couple setting sail for voyage around the world.
