Behind the Jiang Monument is the Eight Trigram Garden built in 1998 which features an Eight Trigram pattern in the center. The black-and-white Yin-Yang fishes (black for Yin while white for Yang) reply that Yin and Yang are two indispensable elements for evolution and multiplication of beings in the universe which are mutually supplementary with and repulsive towards each other.
