No. 1 Li Na – Chinese tennis player
Although Li Na was defeated by Serena William in the final of the season-ending WTA Championships this year, she still climbed to the career-high WTA rankings at 31; 31 is not a perfect age for most sportsmen, but Li Na just is like a bottle of fine wine, which gets better with age; her superb performance in the WTA shows that she is good enough for further triumphs in 2014.
