Eight parks refer to Changan Communication Industrial Park, Electronic Industrial Park, Caotang Technology Industrial Park, Entrepreneurship Research Park, Biomedical Industry Park, Energy Saving Environmental Protection Industrial Park, New Material Industrial Park, and Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park.

Changan Communication Industrial Park, with a planned area of 7 km2 and supported by key projects including ZTE, will be built into the second largest communication industry base in China and a communication industrial clusters with global competitiveness.

The Electronic Industrial Park, with a planned area of 5 km2 and a special focus on the industry integrating military with civilian industry, will be built into a modernized industrial park characterized by transfers between military and civil industry.

Caotang Technology Industrial Park, with a planned area of 20 km2 and with the comprehensive supporting of high-tech industries at its core, will be built into a satellite city with developed cluster and prosperous industries.

The Entrepreneurship Research Park, with a planned area of 5 km2 and integrating the four functions of technology R&D, achievements commercialization, enterprise incubation, and enterprise acceleration into a single facility, will be built into an internationalized high-tech innovation base.

The Biomedical Industry Park, with a planned area of 5 km2 and built on top of the rich biomedical resources strength of Shaanxi, will be built into the largest and most innovative biomedical industry base in central and western China.

The Energy Saving Environmental Protection Industrial Park, with a planned area of 5 km2 and a special focus on circular economy and environmental protection industry, will be built into the "bridgehead" of Xi'an low-carbon eco development, leading the development direction of energy saving environmental protection industry in China.

The New Material Industrial Park, with a planned area of 5 km2, will be built into a win-win high-tech innovative low-carbon park for industry development and technology aggregation and ecological idea and park construction as the important carrier of strategic emerging industries in the High-tech Zone.

The Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park, with a planned area of 5 km2, driven by industries including automobile and energy equipment manufacturing, will be cultivated into an advanced manufacturing industry cluster excelled in scale and competitiveness.
